George T. Wolf


Biographical Information


Mr. Wolf is a long-term resident of the village of Fairport, Monroe County, New York. An active member of the community he has served in leadership capacities in the Perinton Historical Society, the Fairport Public Library (of which he was Trustee for 28 years), Monroe County Library System Board of Trustees and the Board of Trustees of Rochester Public Library. In 1994 he received the Citizen of the Year designation from the Perinton Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves as Trustee of the Monroe County Library System, the Rochester Public Library and the Perinton Historical Society.


Professional information


Mr. Wolf graduated from Swarthmore College with a BA in 1964 and from Washington University School of Law with a JD degree in 1967. He is admitted to the US District Court of the western district of New York and all courts of the state of New York. He is a member of Monroe County, New York State and American Bar Associations and is an occasional presenter for the New York State Library Association, New York State Association of Library Boards and the Monroe County Bar Association.
